personal experiences at home in North Texas.
Kalika's passion for painting dates back to her childhood
years. However, the practicalities of life, and career
interfered with her artistic pursuits.
Kalika finds her inspiration in places where she travels. "I
also love capturing the nuances of light and shadow in
landscapes and still life settings. Capturing the moment in
time and artistically depicting God's creation is the most
fulfilling and rewarding experience. Ultimately, the natural
beauty of nature captures my eye and it is in these pieces
that I find my greatest joy."
